Kindness via One single impression

ancient ones

The photo is of a ca. 700-1200 year old pictograph my family paddled to on Flathead Lake in a kayak last summer. This sheer rock wall is a National Historical Treasure of the Confederated Tribes accessible only by boat.

this is indeed amazing! & you are so right… time has been very kind to this art. words & photo, both a treasure…thank you for sharing
I’ve been reading The Great Cosmic Mother, so the images here resonate with that ancient story. These are wonderful. With time and words like yours perhaps we will return to an understanding of this art.
Lovely photo and your words sing of beauty and kindness!
These are special gifts, given out of kindness to all who understand. Very nice, Christine.
These are both lovely, but I especially like the first one. It made me think “YES!” that is time’s kindness. Wonderful. Love the photos too.
It must have been awesome to see this in person. Time’s kindness, indeed.
…time’s kindness… that’s a beautiful phrase that speaks volumes to me… thank you

Hugs and blessings,
I love the idea of ‘time’s kindness’ and the image ‘captured on red stone’.
I quite like the second one. It hints at lake mermaids and fairies.
